Jennifer Stewart, OD, Named Professional Editor of Jobson’s Independent Strong

NEW YORK – To further its goal of educating independent, private eye care practice owners and managers, Independent Strong has named Jennifer L. Stewart, OD, as its Professional Editor. With experience in academia and in private practice, Dr. Stewart has been a proponent of private independent practice optometry and opticianry her entire career. She will be responsible for directing the vision and mission of the overall website, planning the content written for each issue by practicing eye care professionals in the field, and working alongside the in-house editorial team of Editor-in-Chief John Sailer and Managing Editor Kristen Dalli. Dr. Stewart will succeed Founding Professional Editor, Mark Wright, OD, FCOVD, who Independent Strong thanks for his contributions to launching this publication.
