Dr. Ariel Cerenzie is a specialty lens and myopia management enthusiast. She cold-started a practice, Charlotte Contact Lens Institute, to focus on improving the current and future lives of patients with specialty contact lenses. Dr. Cerenzie attended optometry school at the University of Houston College of Optometry and completed a Cornea and Contact Lens residency at the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and the Scleral Lens Education Society, and she is a member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control. Dr. Cerenzie loves spending time with her husband, James, her daughters, Sofie and Adelyn, and two needy dogs, Remi and Otis.
