Mick Kling, OD

Dr. Michael A. (Mick) Kling is the founder and CEO of Invision Optometry, one of the largest, single location optometric practices in San Diego, CA. In addition, he serves as the Practice Management and Transition Advisor for Vision Source, a network of over 3,000 independently owned eye care practices throughout the U.S., and is the founder of Impact Leadership, which provides business coaching to eye doctors. Mick earned his Doctor of Optometry degree, with honors, from Southern College of Optometry in 1993, and he went on to complete his residency in Ocular Disease at Omega Eye Care Center in Jackson, TN.
